We start with listening. We believe in listening twice and speaking once. Assessing business objectives, financial goals, investor expectations, brand position, and current business performance. Then we ask ourselves a critical question: Are we solving the right problem?

Investigate

We approach challenges the way a detective approaches a mystery. We conduct a deep dive to uncover the insights needed to reach the truth. To do this, we follow a five-step process we call Quintuple Offense. This includes analyzing consumer behavior, the competitive landscape, industry dynamics, cultural brand value, and the brand’s ability to operate within sports culture. We value research and contextual data and collaborate closely with you during this phase so you remain part of the process.
