A transformative summer internship experience, remote, collaborative, and purpose-driven for the next generation of leaders in sports marketing.
About the Program

The Coming of Age Program is a transformative summer internship designed to usher in the next generation of executives in the world of creative advertising and strategic brand solutions. Running from July to August, this experience is fully remote and intentionally designed for ambitious college students and recent graduates looking to sharpen their craft and step into the industry with confidence and clarity.

This is more than an internship, it’s a rite of passage. Interns will join a tight-knit cohort and choose one of two tracks: Strategy or Creative. Whether you're diving deep into consumer insights, brand positioning, and cultural research or bringing ideas to life through copywriting, design, and storytelling you’ll be immersed in real agency work from day one. Interns will collaborate on shared projects, contribute to live briefs, and gain access to our agency’s internal tools, resources, and creative rituals.

Throughout the program, participants will take part in weekly reviews, strategic jam sessions, and intimate conversations with mentors, including top thinkers in the fields of branding, advertising, and cultural innovation. It’s an environment built not only to teach but to inspire equipping interns with the kind of experience, mindset, and creative thinking that agencies crave.

The program is unpaid, but the value is real. Interns will leave with portfolio-worthy experience, a network of forward-thinking peers, and a deeper understanding of how breakthrough work is made. We’re only accepting two interns this summer. One in Strategy, one in Creative, making this an intentionally selective and personalized opportunity.
