Mad Man Media Finders Program Policy

I. Commission Structure  

  • Finders will be rewarded with a 15% commission on the value of the contracts they refer to Mad Man Media.


 

II. Payment Schedule

  • Commissions will be paid via direct deposit approximately 60 days after the end of the month in which the referred contract was signed.

  • Payment is disbursed to Mad Man Media upon the signing of the contract by the referred client.


 

III. Transparency and Ethical Practice 

  • We are committed to transparency and ethical practices, ensuring we build trust with potential clients and maintain regulatory compliance by disclosing that finders receive a 15% commission.


 

IV. Program Cancellation

  • Mad Man Media reserves the right to cancel this program, ensuring that all finders with pending commissions will be compensated as per the existing payment schedule.


 

V. Eligibility Criteria

  • To earn a 15% finder's fee of the first month, referred contracts must hold a minimum value of either $6,000 per month or a one-time flat rate of $12,000.

  • The referred client must sign a contract with Mad Man Media, and the finder must comply with all program policies.


 

VI. Referral Validation

  • Referrals must be validated by Mad Man Media, ensuring that the client is not already in discussion with us and has not been referred by another party.


 

VII. Confidentiality 

  • All information shared in the context of the Finders Program must be treated with confidentiality and utilized solely for the purpose of the referral. Sharing of this information and documentation is prohibited.


 

VIII. Legal Compliance

  • Finders must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, ensuring that referrals are made in a legal and ethical manner.


 

IX. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or disagreements related to the Finders Program will be resolved through a mutually agreed-upon arbitration process.
