As a two-time district basketball champion and McDonald’s All-American nominee, Ty brings the same focus and fire from the court into the boardroom. Ty founded BlueRobin Group in 2018 from the basement of his parents house and grew it over the last 7 years into the up and coming powerhouse creative consultancy it is today. He honed his strategic edge at two HBCUs, Norfolk State University and Delaware State, where he found his calling in marketing and consulting, ultimately placing second in the Deloitte Consulting Case Competition in Atlanta. After earning his degree in public relations and advertising, he joined the award-winning agency Johannes Leonardo in New York City as a production intern, where he supported campaigns for Kraft and Meta under some of the industry’s top producers.

Ty has been BlueRobin's CEO and Head of Client Advisory, shaping the firms' innovative approaches to sports branding, pop culture and its unique work culture. Since founding BlueRobin, Ty has advised emerging creators, sports brands, and pro athletes including former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jawon Chisholm and West Virginia's Jahiem White on how to scale their brand impact through cultural relevance and strategy.

  • Keep Great People: Build with people who raise your standard.

  • Be Loyal: Stay grounded in who helped you get here.

  • Be Respectful: Treat people the exact way you want to be treated.
