BlueRobin Referral Program Terms & Conditions
As a BlueRobin Referral Program member (a “Referrer” or “you”), you are subject to
BlueRobin’s Terms of Use & Privacy Policy, available on our website and incorporated
herein, as well as to the following additional Referral Program Terms & Conditions:
Qualified Referral: A Qualified Referral is defined as a first purchase of services by a
person (a "Referred Customer") who (a) is first introduced to BlueRobin via a warm email
or text introduction by you and (b) is a first-time purchaser of BlueRobin’s services.
Referrers are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other
words, additional or repeat purchases made by one Referred Customer are not counted
as additional Qualified Referrals. Qualified referrals must be made on or after the
program’s official start date. Referrals made prior to this date will not be considered a
Qualified Referral.
Referred Customer: The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person
(for example, by using a different email address), as determined in BlueRobin’s sole
discretion. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals.
Referral Rewards: For you to earn Referral Rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer
must execute its first dually signed Retainer Agreement or Scope of Work with
BlueRobin equal to or greater than $10,000 in total value within 180 days of the Qualified
Referral. In the event BlueRobin determines in good faith that multiple Qualified
Referrals were made to the same Referred Customer, BlueRobin reserves the right in its
sole discretion to award each Referrer a pro-rata Referral Reward. For you to earn
Referral Rewards, you must also provide an accurate W-9 before payment can be issued.
Failure to do so may mean you will not be eligible to redeem your payout.
Reward Payments: The Referrer shall receive a $1,000 Referral Reward in the form of a
digital gift card via Tremendous for each Qualified Referral made within thirty (30)
calendar days of the Referred Customer’s first paid invoice. As a Referrer, you are
responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
