CEO & Managing Director, Partner Advisory & Strategy
Ty brings nearly a decade of experience in marketing, beginning in music marketing before joining the award-winning agency Johannes Leonardo as a production intern, supporting campaigns for Kraft and Meta under industry-leading producers.
A two-time district basketball champion and McDonald’s All-American nominee, Ty holds a BA degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Delaware State University. He is certified in Machine Learning in Business from MIT and in Competitive Advantage from Wharton. He has advised emerging sports brands and professional athletes, including former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jawon Chisholm and NIL athlete Jahiem White, on building brand equity and long-term value.

Tyreese Smith
Creative Director
Tyreese Smith is the Creative Director at BlueRobin Group, leading content strategy and creative development across intellectual property, digital platforms, and brand execution. A Penn State University graduate, he began his career at The Hershey Company supporting marketing initiatives across Hersheypark, the Hershey Bears, and Hershey Lodge, and later worked as a freelance sports reporter for PennLive under PA Media Group.
Tyreese also built RPN Factory, advising on NIL opportunities globally, and has supported U.S. Navy programs with more than $15 million in contract valuation.

Derrick Biney
Director, Athlete Relations
Derrick serves as Director of Athlete Relations at BlueRobin Group, where he leads athlete and talent partnerships across the firm’s sports and brand advisory work. He is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with agents, coaches, athletes, and content creators, while developing the frameworks that align the right talent to campaigns and mitigate partnership risk for BlueRobin’s partners.
His experience spans healthcare, apparel, and athletics. A former collegiate basketball athlete, Derrick played at California University of Pennsylvania and Cheyney University, where he earned his BA and received his MBA from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
